Ghislaine Lovet is a partner at our Douala office in business taxation.
Ghislaine is involved in the structuring and fiscal optimisation of public law (public-private partnerships, outsourcing of public services) and private law (special enterprise agreements, free points and zones, agropolises) projects and has prepared the first performance contract for urban bus transport in Cameroun, as well as fiscal policy management regarding planning, interaction with tax authorities and customs.
She is responsible for internal business taxation (tax consultations, tax reviews and audits, taxes on salaries and para-taxation, fiscal controls and customs, due diligence, under-capitalisation rules, transfer price rules), with an accent on international taxation (taxation of revenues from stable businesses).
With 9 years’ experience acquired within international firms, she intervenes for major industries and financial institutions.
