Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque Association

In France, the Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque Enfants du Monde team welcomes and operates on children born with heart malformations. Since 1996, hundreds of children from all over the world have been operated on in France.

The association develops its contacts with local carers abroad and trains doctors and surgeons so that, in the future, they will be able to do the same in their country.

LPA support actions:

  • 2008, 2007 greetings cards: creation of a greetings card in partnership with Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque; 10,000 copies distributed + donation
  • 2006 greetings cards: purchase of 2 personalised greetings cards from the association; 10,000 copies distributed + donation
  • Classical music concert for the association, at the Chapelle Royale de Saint Germain L'Auxerrois, on 16 December 2004 - Le Magnificat by Marc Antoine Charpentier sung by Gérard Lesne and performed by Il Seminario Musicale ensemble.

 

Commission Mécénat pour l'Enfance

  • Support from the "Mission Possible" association that works for the assistance and socialisation of young children from 5 to 9 years old whose family situation is extremely deprived.
  • Donation and reservation of tickets for Handel concerts performed by "Piacer Canto" that will be given next 20, 23 and 27 November. These three concerts will celebrate the 300th anniversary of Handel's Dixit Dominus.
