Legal counsel to the ASFIM in connection with the marketing of Moroccan UCITS in the EU
Pursuant to an international invitation to tender, the Association des Sociétés de Gestion et Fonds d'Investissement Marocains (Moroccan UCITS and Asset Managers Association) has selected the French law firm Lefèvre Pelletier & associés to advise in connection with the marketing of Moroccan UCITS in the EU.
The team of lawyers dedicated to this project is composed of Kawtar Raji and Marie-Armelle Lohier and led by partner Alain Gauvin, head of the Casablanca Office.
