LPA-CGR avocats assists Berlin Hyp AG in the financing of the acquisition and construction of a 645-room student residence in Puteaux

LPA-CGR avocats has assisted Berlin Hyp AG in the financing of the acquisition and construction of a student residence in Puteaux by FREO Group („FREO“) and AnaCap Financial Partners („AnaCap“) for €95 million.

FREO and AnaCap obtained the building permit to transform an 11,000 sqm office building into a new residence for students and young professionals consisting of 645 residential units located near to La Défense and the centre of the city of Puteaux. The environmental dimension, well-being and design are at the heart of this project; with high quality services and ESG standards. This modern and differentiating building aims to achieve « NF Habitant HQE » and « E+C » certifications. The building will be built by Nexity.

Berlin Hyp AG, based in Berlin, is one of Germany’s leading real estate and mortgage banks.

In this transaction, Berlin Hyp AG was advised by a multidisciplinary team from the firm LPA-CGR avocats, consisting of
