Christophe Jacomin is a partner in banking and finance law.
Christophe Jacomin works for leading financial institutions on structured financing, syndication, pre-financing of raw material exports and project financing, in particular in the field of renewable energy.
He also advises on banking, finance and insurance legislation, disciplinary proceedings, compliance, asset management including any type of funds structuring and marketing, derivatives, bonds issuing and international capital markets. He is an International Legal Expert (IFEJI) and former Executive Assistant for the Banking Commission.
He studied at the Institute of Political Studies in Paris (Sciences-Po) and holds a post-graduate degree (DEA) in Business Law from the University of Paris I and a DEA in Public Law from the University of Paris II.
Christophe regularly publishes articles on banking and finance regulation and financing law, speaking at a number of conferences on these subjects.
