Yaël Cambus is counsel within the Energy Department and intervenes mainly in Public Law

Yaël is mainly involved in town planning law, environmental law and classified installations regulation, renewable energy regulation and also complex structures involving public assets and land. She has a 15-year experience of litigation in these matters.

Yaël has an in-depth knowledge of the renewable energies sector: wind (onshore and offshore) photovoltaic, hydro and biomass. She assists clients throughout the life of the projects, from early development to operating issues, both in consulting and litigation.

She has a specific expertise in grid access matters, including litigation before regulatory agencies such as the Energy Regulatory Commission.
