Hansen Natural Colors A\/S, now known as Oterra<sup>TM<\/sup>, to acquire Diana Food\u2019s natural coloring activities. Symrise and Oterra<sup>TM<\/sup> have therefore entered into exclusive negotiations. The works council consultations on the contemplated transaction are ongoing and the transaction would be subject to antitrust approvals.<\/p>\n<p>Symrise welcomes this offer as the Group wishes to strengthen the focus of the Flavor &amp; Nutrition segment on its core expertise in taste, nutrition and health in food, pet food and aqua feed application areas.<\/p>\n<p>Oterra<sup>TM<\/sup> is a leading supplier of natural colors.
