Morgane Morey joins LPA-CGR avocats as Counsel, to strengthen the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector by bringing her expertise in regulatory matters<\/h2>\n

LPA-CGR thus confirms its desire to position itself at the heart of its clients‘ strategic issues by providing them with a comprehensive, cutting-edge Life Sciences and Healthcare offer.<\/p>\n

Morgane<\/a> has been working for more than 10 years on regulatory matters, throughout the life cycle of health and health-related products, including medicinal products, medical devices, cosmetics, food supplements.
\nShe has developed an expertise on legal and regulatory counselling, contracts, and audits, in particular on mergers and acquisitions, mainly upon demand of the industry. She also intervenes in commercial and product liability litigation.<\/p>\n

Morgane joins the Life Sciences and Healthcare industry sector<\/a> of LPA-CGR led by Rapha\u00ebl Chantelot<\/a> and Mathieu Selva-Roudon<\/a>, partners, which now regroups over 20 lawyers, including 10 partners and 4 counsels. The firm aims to become one of the leading firms in this field.
\nMorgane will be able to rely on strong synergies with other lawyers in the sector, who assist their industrial clients (in particular pharmaceutical, medtech and cosmetics companies), service companies and investment funds, in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and corporate law, tax, employment law, IP\/IT and data, compliance, distribution and administrative law.<\/p>\n

Biographical information<\/span>
\nMember of the Paris Bar since 2013, Morgane has been an associate in Life Sciences at several French and international law firms such as Simmons & Simmons, Dechert and Fidal since March 2018, where she became a senior associate and then manager.
\nShe holds a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) from the BPP Law School in London (2010); a Research Master in Administrative and Private Health Law and a Professional Master in Medical and Pharmaceutical Law from Aix-Marseille University (2009).
\nMorgane has been appointed as a legal expert for a CPP (Comit\u00e9 de Protection des Personnes) where she examines clinical research applications and has been teaching for several years in the Master of Business Law applied to the health sector at Jean Monnet-Lyon III University.
