LPA Singapore advised HAVAS on the acquisition of Klareco Communications<\/h2>\n

LPA Singapore<\/a>, part of LPA-CGR avocats, advised HAVAS on the acquisition of Klareco Communications, Southeast Asia\u2019s premier strategic communications consultancy company headquartered in Singapore with offices in Malaysia and Indonesia. Klareco Communications serves mainly global multinational corporations and large companies located in Asia.<\/p>\n

HAVAS is a global advertising and communications agency with more than 22,000 people in over 100 countries.<\/p>\n

Through this strategic move in Singapore, HAVAS is set to bolster its presence in the region. The acquisition aligns with the expansion goals of H\/Advisors, Havas‘ global strategic communications advisory arm, aiming to fortify its offerings in Southeast Asia with Singapore as a pivotal hub. On closing, the agency will be renamed H\/Advisors Klareco. The agency is a trusted advisor to world-leading multinationals and Asia headquartered companies, known for its award-winning work across the full spectrum of communications from protecting and elevating corporate reputations, advising on some of Singapore\u2019s largest financial transactions and tackling the most complex business challenges such as cyber-attacks.<\/p>\n

This marks another chapter in the growth story of H\/Advisors, following its successful launch in Dubai earlier this year and recent acquisitions of Australian Public Affairs and Cunha Vaz & Associados in Portugal.<\/p>\n

The team of LPA Singapore was composed of Arnaud Bourrut-Lacouture<\/a> (Partner), Chin Hiang Wu<\/a> and Li Ke Cheng<\/a> in corporate aspects, along with Astrid Cippe<\/a> (Of Counsel) providing insights on employment law.
