APFL Partners advised Central Retail Corporation on the successful divestment of its stake in Nguy\u1ec5n Kim, a leading electronics retail brand in Vietnam, to Pico Holdings JSC.<\/p>\n

Nguy\u1ec5n Kim, Vietnam\u2019s pioneering electronics retailer, has been a cornerstone of the country\u2019s consumer market for decades. This transaction marks a major step in Central Retail\u2019s portfolio restructuring strategy, reallocating resources toward its core food retail and real estate segments, while enabling Pico to strengthen its position in Vietnam\u2019s competitive consumer electronics landscape.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
