LPA Tokyo is pleased to announce that Yoshiki Tsurumaki<\/a>, Partner and Head of Japanese Law Practice, will speak at the seminar hosted by the Business Research Institute, \u201cM&A Process, Closing Practice and Directors\u2019 Risk Management: Practical Considerations in Light of Recent Regulations and Dispute Cases\u201d<\/strong>, to be held on Wednesday, 8 July 2026 in Tokyo, Japan.<\/p>\n

The seminar will provide a practical overview of the M&A process, from initial transaction planning, memorandum of understanding, due diligence and contract negotiation through to closing and post-merger integration. It will also address key practical issues arising from recent regulatory developments and dispute cases.<\/p>\n
