Bringing together legal, technical and operational perspectives, the discussion explored how organizations can anticipate risks, strengthen governance frameworks and build long-term resilience.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lisbeth shared legal insights on the growing importance of ESG governance, contractual considerations and supply chain resilience in the context of evolving PFAS regulations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Key topics addressed during the discussion included:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The shift from environmental concern to boardroom responsibility and governance risk;<\/li>\n<li>Contractual implications and liability exposure for Asian exporters;<\/li>\n<li>The role of Singapore as a regional benchmark for regulatory and ESG developments;<\/li>\n<li>Operational challenges related to traceability, compliance and supply chain oversight.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A key conclusion emerged from the panel: PFAS is no longer solely an environmental issue. It has become a broader matter of governance, contractual integrity and business resilience.
