LPA-CGR avocats advise the Madeleine Fund in the acquisition of an office complex located in the immediate proximity of Paris (France)<\/h2>\n

LPA-CGR avocats acted as counsel to the Madeleine Fund, a\u00a0commercial real estate\u00a0fund\u00a0managed by Stam, in connection with the acquisition from AEW of an office complex located in Montrouge, just outside the 14th arrondissement of Paris.<\/p>\n

Completed in 1996 and renovated in 2014, this eight-story building has a\u00a0usable surface area\u00a0of 10,123 m2. It is 70% leased to two tenants, including Brink’s, securing 50% of the income under a 12-year\u00a0fixed term\u00a0lease.<\/p>\n

The Madeleine Fund was advised by the law firm LPA-CGR avocats, with Fran\u00e7ois-R\u00e9gis Fabre-Falret <\/a>(partner), Amandine Jouli\u00e9<\/a> (counsel) and Diane Forestier<\/a> (associate), as well as by Alliance Notaires.<\/p>\n
