The appointment of Alexia Eskinazi as a partner in the Commercial Litigation area of LPA-CGR avocats confirms this law firm\u2019s aspiration to strengthen its structured offer, especially in industrial risks and insurance law.<\/p>\n

Drawing on a rock-solid experience, Alexia advises and represents, in pre-litigation and litigation, foreign and French groups especially from the CAC 40 operating in key sectors such as energy, IT services, insurance, industry and also distribution.<\/p>\n

She also liaises in close synergy with the law firm\u2019s corporate, real estate and energy departments in litigation cases before the courts and legal expertise.<\/p>\n

Alexia Eskinazi<\/strong> (35 years old, Master II research and contract law at the University Montesquieu Bordeaux IV, 2006. Master II Professional dispute at Paris-Sud University, 2007) has been registered at the Paris bar since 2009.<\/p>\n

She started her career in Gilles Gassenbach\u2019s team in the Litigation area of CGR Legal. In January 2016, the law firm merged with Lef\u00e8vre Pelletier & associ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Alexia is a member of the International Bar Association<\/em> (IBA) and a member of the board of Young Lawyer Committee<\/em>. She speaks English fluently.<\/p>\n
