LPA, in association with Toullec Solicitors, advised Bluecom Group, a leading e-commerce solutions provider in Asia-Pacific, on the sale of 100% of its share capital to Dentsu Aegis Network, a worldwide leader in media, digital and creative communications services.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Established in 2012, Bluecom specializes in designing implementing e-commerce consulting, platforms and solutions of multi-channel online stores for medium to large, international, B2B and B2C companies across Asia Pacific. With regional offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore and Ho Chi Minh City, Bluecom is home to more than 160 e-commerce experts who answer the needs of a wide spread clientele in Greater China, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia and Australia\/New Zealand.<\/p>\n

Bluecom will become part of Isobar China Group (Dentsu Aegis Network\u2019s award-winning digital agency), complementing the agency\u2019s offering and strengthening the network\u2019s position as a leading digital player in Asia-Pacific.<\/p>\n

LPA Hong Kong and LPA Shanghai offices have assisted Bluecom on all corporate and tax aspects of the transaction. LPA HK team was led by Nicolas Vanderchmitt (Partner), assisted by Erik Leyssens (Of Counsel), Marie-Gabrielle du Bourblanc and Ryan Tsoi; Fanny Nguyen (LPA Shanghai) assisted on the legal aspects in China.<\/p>\n
