Ceux-ci ont tent\u00e9 d\u2019obtenir l\u2019ex\u00e9cution forc\u00e9e sur des biens russes situ\u00e9s en France de sentences arbitrales rendues aux Pays-Bas et condamnant la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration de Russie \u00e0 leur payer une somme de pr\u00e8s de 50 milliards de dollars.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Lato','sans-serif'; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L\u2019intervention de Xavier Cl\u00e9dat (associ\u00e9) et J\u00e9r\u00e9mie Menat, du d\u00e9partement contentieux, a tout d\u2019abord permis d\u2019obtenir du Juge de l\u2019ex\u00e9cution du TGI de Paris la mainlev\u00e9e des saisies pratiqu\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019encontre des agences en France puis, plus r\u00e9cemment par une ordonnance du premier Pr\u00e9sident de la Cour d\u2019appel de Paris du 23 novembre 2016, de faire \u00e9chec aux d\u00e9marches initi\u00e9es par les anciens actionnaires de Ioukos pour tenter de maintenir les saisies pratiqu\u00e9es dans l\u2019attente d\u2019une d\u00e9cision de la Cour d\u2019appel de Paris.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Lato','sans-serif'; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">RIA Novosti et Rossiya Segodnya ont en cons\u00e9quence pu retrouver la jouissance des fonds saisis sur leurs comptes bancaires en France, dont les soldes \u00e9taient bloqu\u00e9s depuis juin 2015.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Lato','sans-serif'; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le cabinet LPA-CGR avocats intervient sur ce dossier complexe aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des cabinets de Gaulle Fleurance &amp; associ\u00e9s, Hogan Lovells et Belot Malan &amp; associ\u00e9s, les anciens actionnaires de Ioukos \u00e9tant quant \u00e0 eux repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par le cabinet Shearman &amp; Sterling LLP.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019\u00e9quipe contentieuse du cabinet a assist\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s deux agences de presse russes, RIA Novosti et Rossiya Segodnya, dans le cadre du litige opposant la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration de Russie, ainsi que plusieurs entit\u00e9s de droit russe, aux anciens actionnaires du consortium p\u00e9trolier Ioukos.
