Committed for many years in energy transition and building renovation, we assist you on the emerging offsite construction market.
This trend towards industrialization, boosted by new forms of cooperation and by the spreading of digital technologies, is shaping the building of tomorrow. Components are remotely manufactured after having been specifically designed for efficient assembly on a building site, accelerating the construction process and reducing nuisances.
It is now time to secure the benefits and opportunities of these innovations created in the workshop from the collaboration between designers and producers. We need to allow funding from the beginning of the study phase for solutions that will support employment, circular economy and energy performance.
These new buildings will be progressively connected to send data, which will have to be processed adequately. The combination of our advanced expertise in real estate, energy performance, IP-IT and industrial contracts led us to draft new contract models ("CORELIAS") in order to meet the new challenges in a pragmatic way.

Committing to the energy transition
Committed to the renewable energy sector for over twenty years, our law firm brings together one of the largest dedicated teams and advises you on aspects of town planning laws, environmental law and public contracts.
Our teams are present from the beginning of the project for the acquisition of land rights up through decommissioning and sites rehabilitation.
For the regulatory aspects, we bring together advice and litigation, so that our clients may have global expertise during each stage of their project’s development.
We advise you in the validation of investment and operating aid for energy infrastructure, in particular on notification and project exemption matters. We assist you in dealing with the competent authorities at the national level or in your negotiations with the European Commission. We have also developed special expertise in litigation in the area of unlawful aid refunds
The firm has advanced expertise in auditing in view of litigation on the adequacy of impact assessment studies for projects in Natura 2000 areas. Environmental issues are of vital importance to the implementation of energy infrastructure projects, and regulations are complex, as is obtaining exemptions for the endangerment of protected species. In close cooperation with specialised consulting firms, including marine environmental consulting firms, we assist you with analysing and implementing solutions, your relations with the national authorities, document preparation and representation in the context of court litigation.
Our specialised team assists operators with setting up their concession applications or building and operation permits as part of competitive tendering processes, in view of obtaining obligatory purchase contracts or additional remuneration. Our thorough knowledge of the rules for obtaining administrative documents and power generation purchase contracts allows us to define the best strategy to maximise and secure the energy potential of a site or an asset. We develop and track construction permit applications, ICPE (facilities classified for Environmental Protection) authorisations and single authorisations. We also defend your interests before the administrative court.
The team assists the project owners in design and project management. We work with investors and developers to set up financing, draft and negotiate power plant contracts and construction work contracts, and prepare all types of support agreements for operations and public construction contracts.
We have developed a unique ability to follow up on disputes related to the construction of plants for sea- and land-based energy production, and represent our clients before the commercial, civil and administrative courts.
In organising prime contracting and project management, we also follow up on acceptance and claim procedures, as well as the application of contractual or post-contractual liability, including ten-year guarantee, guarantee of proper functioning, completion guarantee, insurance, etc.
Working with investors and developers, the team can provide special expertise on electric grid connection. We finalise connection agreements and negotiations taking account of the connection diagrams, and regularly seize the CORDIS for disputes with grid system operators
