LPA-CGR avocats assisted Fred. Olsen Renewables and Global Wind Power Europe in the sale of Global Wind Power France to Total Quadran

LPA-CGR avocats assisted Fred. Olsen Renewables et Global Wind Power Europe in the sale of the Global Wind Power France group to Total, via its 100% subsidiary, Total Quadran.

Global Wind Power France holds a portfolio of more than 1000 MW of onshore wind projects, 250 MW of which will be commissioned by 2025.

This acquisition strengthens Total Quadran’s position which benefits with an installed and operating capacity of approximately 1000 MW, including more than 500 MW of onshore wind power.

The team of LPA-CGR that assisted Fred. Olsen Renewables and Global Wind Power Europe was composed of Philippe Raybaud, partner, Wyssam Mansour and Delphine Roullier-Pâris, on M&A matters, Hélène Gelas, partner, Tatiana Boudrot and Charles Bressant, on regulatory, energy law and public law matters, Philippe Jacques, partner, Ahlam Guessoum and Gabriella Benarrosh, on real estate matters, Alexandre Bensoussan, partner, and Fatou Dione, on labour law matters.
