Erik Leyssens has been a trusted counselor to multinational corporations in Asia for over 15 years.

Erik has advised on a broad range of transactional and regulatory issues, focusing on cross-border M&A transactions and direct investments.
He has extensive experience in negotiating documentation for strategic structuring, private equity, fund formation, public and private M&A, corporate reorganizations and FDI into the PRC.
