Philippe Jacques is a partner in contract law and real estate matters
Philippe assists his clients with their contractual needs in the completion and operation of infrastructures (energy production, industrial or business activities).
He also intervenes in all stages of the projects such as land reservation and acquisition, construction, operation, maintenance. For real estate constructions, he structures, drafts and negotiates all types of contracts (general contract work, subcontract, co-contracting, turnkey [EPC and FIDIC], property development agreements, adhoc groupings, project manager, assistant project manager, delegate project manager).
Philippe is also regularly involved in energy performance and industrial subcontracting (aeronautics) matters. He regularly acts as an arbitrator in the retail distribution sector.
As a Professor (Agrégé) of Law, Philippe also provides lectures at the University of Savoie and the IEP of Paris.
