Philippe Pelletier, FRICS, is a founding partner and works in real estate law, in particular on residential assets and sustainable real estate.
Philippe Pelletier is one of the founding partners of the firm. As counsel and litigator, he practices primarily in residential real estate. He is very involved in public life and has been Chairman of the National Housing Agency (ANAH). Currently, he chairs the Sustainable Building Plan.
He is regularly called upon by public bodies in France and abroad to work on proposals for legislative reforms.
Since December 2016, he is President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in France.
He is the author of several books and numerous articles.
