    Thomas Ehrecke is a partner in real estate financing and member of the German Desk

    Thomas advises on real estate financing transactions in France and across borders. He advises his clients, banks, investors and funds, on origination, restructuring, as well as the sale and acquisition of real estate debt.

    Thomas has also developed an expertise in acquisition finance and corporate finance (Large Cap LBO and Unitranche).

    He holds a Doctorate in Law (University of Saarland, Germany), the First and Second State Examination in Law (University of Saarland and Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany), an LL.M. in International Business Law (University of Exeter, UK) and a DEUG (Centre Juridique Franco-Allemand- University of Saarland/Nancy, Germany).
