Envelope permit: more flexibility for renewable energies in seas<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The decree for the application of the permit to simplify the procedures for setting up renewable means of production at sea was published in the Journal Officiel on 23 December 2018.<\/p>\n

H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Gelas<\/a>, LPA-CGR avocats\u2019 partner, decrypts for the French magazine Le Monde de l’Energie this new legislative tool, enabling, coupled with an effective bidding system, not only to reinforce the legal security of projects and to accelerate the realization, but also and consequently, to lower the costs.<\/p>\n
