LPA-CGR avocats advises The Student Hotel (TSH) on the financing of two residential hotel construction projects in Paris and Toulouse, for a total amount of \u20ac82 Million<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Thanks to these 2 construction projects, the Dutch developer and operator TSH intends to strengthen its presence in France as part of its European growth strategy, which plans to increase from 12 to 38 establishments on the continent within five years. In France, The Student Hotel plans to have 4,000 rooms by 2022, in Paris and the regions.<\/p>\n

Regarding the project located in Paris, the financing related in particular to the acquisition by TSH Paris Propco of a building located at 105\/109 boulevard MacDonald in the 19th arrondissement of Paris and its transformation into a building intended for hotel accommodation, notably for students, with an authorised floor area of 9,455 sqm, offering 281 rooms.<\/p>\n

Regarding the project located in Toulouse, the financing related in particular to the acquisition in the future state of completion of a residential building for 4,481 sqm of floor space and hotel accommodation for 6,290 sqm of floor space located on Place de l’Europe in Toulouse, offering 354 rooms.<\/p>\n
