Investment promotion in the Mediterranean with the EU-OECD National Workshop<\/h2>\n

On 11 and 12 November, the EU-OECD National Workshop on the issue of investment in Algeria and the regulatory and institutional framework for investor-state disputes took place in Algiers.<\/p>\n

The workshop began with a round table discussion aimed at discussing, in all its forms, investment and development in Algeria.<\/p>\n

Following this table, several workshops were held and on this occasion, Rym Loucif<\/a>, associate lawyer, participated in one of them on “Investment agreements between States and investors – key provisions and dispute settlement clause”.<\/p>\n
