The Tokyo Bar attorneys’ study visit\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

Airi Tozaki<\/a>, attorney and member of the Japan Desk<\/a> of LPA-CGR avocats, had the pleasure to assist the study group of the Tokyo Bar attorneys on their meetings with Carpa Paris, UNCA, the Paris Bar and also on the meeting organized with Martine Blanck-Dap<\/a>, partner attorney, and Virginie Martel<\/a>, counsel attorney, at the offices of LPA-CGR avocats in Paris. <\/span><\/p>\n

In Japan, the equivalent of the Carpa does not exist, and the transfer of funds for clients are carried out using the individual bank accounts of the attorneys.<\/span><\/p>\n
