{"id":18016,"date":"2021-07-19T10:56:04","date_gmt":"2021-07-19T08:56:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lpalaw.com\/?p=18016"},"modified":"2021-07-19T10:56:04","modified_gmt":"2021-07-19T08:56:04","slug":"lpa-cgr-avocats-renews-its-governance-bodies-and-thus-confirms-the-deployment-of-its-strategy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lpalaw.com\/en\/lpa-cgr-avocats-renews-its-governance-bodies-and-thus-confirms-the-deployment-of-its-strategy\/","title":{"rendered":"LPA-CGR avocats renews its governance bodies and thus confirms the deployment of its strategy"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>LPA-CGR avocats renews its governance bodies and thus confirms the deployment of its strategy<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>The general assembly of the partners of LPA-CGR avocats, composed of 43 partners, renewed the composition of its governance bodies &#8211; Management Board and Executive Committee &#8211; and re-elected Sidonie Fraiche-Dupeyrat as President of the firm for a second term.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Management Board, composed of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lpalaw.com\/equipe\/sidonie-fraiche-dupeyrat\/\">Sidonie Fra\u00eeche-Dupeyrat<\/a> (Real Estate), President, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lpalaw.com\/equipe\/martine-blanck-dap\/\">Martine Blanck-Dap<\/a> (Wealth Management) and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lpalaw.com\/equipe\/bertrand-galvez\/\">Bertrand Galvez<\/a> (Tax), Directors, is re-elected for a second term of 2 years.<\/p>\n<p>The Executive Committee is composed of the Management Board and 3 other partners\u00a0: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lpalaw.com\/equipe\/francois-regis-fabre-falret\/\">Fran\u00e7ois-R\u00e9gis Fabre-Falret<\/a> (Real Estate), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lpalaw.com\/equipe\/frederic-bailly\/\">Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Bailly<\/a> (M&amp;A\/Africa Desk) and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lpalaw.com\/equipe\/raphael-chantelot\/\">Rapha\u00ebl Chantelot<\/a> (M&amp;A\/China and Japan Desks), also elected for a term of 2 years.<\/p>\n<p>The major challenge for the firm is to project and anticipate the evolution of the legal profession: what will it be in 10 years? How will it evolve? This reflection has led to the definition of the firm&#8217;s 10-year strategy and the 6 priority projects to be implemented to achieve it:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the strengthened conversation with its customers,<\/li>\n<li>the construction of transversal offers,<\/li>\n<li>the deployment of its skills in new sectors of activity,<\/li>\n<li>the continuation of its digital transformation, and in particular the evolution of working methods following the health crisis,<\/li>\n<li>the anchoring of a corporate culture and the retention of talent,<\/li>\n<li>the international development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To support its strategy, LPA-CGR avocats also adopted a Company Charter almost two years ago defining its mission: &#8220;<em>Listening, sharing and committing to building together a new equilibrium<\/em> &#8221; and its values &#8220;<strong>Commitment, Openness, Collective<\/strong>&#8220;, shared by all.<\/p>\n<p>Sidonie Fra\u00eeche-Dupeyrat, Partner and President, comments: &#8220;<em>The trust placed in us will enable us to continue to deploy our strategic plan up to 2029, with a focus on 2024<\/em>&#8220;.
