LPA-CGR avocats assisted OMNES Education in disposing of its shareholding interest in the Luxury Business Institute group<\/h2>\n

LPA-CGR avocats in association with Toullec Solicitors advised OMNES Education (previously Inseec U.) in the disposal of its majority shareholding interest in the Luxury Business Institute (\u201cLBI\u201d) group, an international consulting and training organization specialized in the luxury industry with offices in Korea, China and France.<\/p>\n

OMNES Education is a leading private tertiary education and research group in the multidisciplinary fields of management, engineering, communication, creative arts, international relations and political science, with a particularly strong focus on providing its 32,000 students with an international exposure (through its seventeen campuses in Europe, North America and Africa) and implementing programs to help maximise the employability of its graduates.<\/p>\n
