The Tokyo office now has 4 partners and a total of 9 lawyers.<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lpalaw.com\/en\/team\/pascal-mages\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pascal Mages<\/a> is registered with the Paris Bar since 2016 and the Tokyo Bar as foreign lawyer since 2021. After graduating from the University of Paris II, Pascal started his career in France before joining LPA Tokyo in 2019.<br \/>\nDuring these last 4 years, Pascal has contributed to develop our office\u2019s practice in commercial, contractual, regulatory and M&amp;A matters inter alia in the field of IT, e-business, media and communications, renewable energy. In charge of important clients and matters of the firm, Pascal also succeeded to develop new strategic clients and prospects.<br \/>\nPascal is franco-japanese and speaks fluently Japanese, English and French.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lpalaw.com\/en\/team\/kosuke-oie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kosuke Oie<\/a> is registered with the Tokyo Bar since 2010 after graduating from the University of Hitotsubashi and studying a year at HEC in France.<br \/>\nAfter spending the last 5 years as a partner in a well-established domestic law firm, Kosuke has decided to join LPA-Tokyo to reinforce our litigation, regulatory and contractual practice.<br \/>\nKosuke advises mainly foreign clients on contractual matters, regulatory matters and in their pre-litigation or commercial litigation.<br \/>\nHe speaks fluently English and French.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>22 May 2022 LPA-CGR avocats is pleased to announce the promotion of Pascal Mages as partner and the arrival of Kosuke Oie as partner of the Tokyo office.
