LPA-CGR avocats strengthens its Commercial Leases team with the arrival of Marie-Lise Turpin as a Counsel<\/h2>\n

Marie-Lise joins the Real Estate department of LPA-CGR avocats, one of the largest in the market, which now has over 60 lawyers, including 15 partners and 9 counsels.<\/p>\n

From now on, the firm’s Commercial Leases practice, headed by G\u00e9raldine Piedeli\u00e8vre<\/a>, will comprise 6 lawyers. The team is recognised for its high-end and tailor-made expertise, both in advice and in litigation, and is a real reference in the real estate market.<\/p>\n

Marie-Lise has developed an expertise in commercial leases for more than 17 years, and more particularly in commercial lease litigation on all types of assets. She assists French and international companies in all sectors of activity, including institutional lessors and large users.<\/p>\n

Marie-Lise has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2004 and has been an associate in several French law firms specialising in commercial leases. In particular, she worked for 12 years at SEFJ (Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d’Etude Fiscales et Juridiques) where she was promoted to counsel in January 2019.<\/p>\n

She holds a D.E.S.S. in Private and Public Law Litigation from the Facult\u00e9 Val d’Essonne (2003) and a Master’s degree in Business Law from the Facult\u00e9 Jean Monnet (PARIS XI) (2000).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
