Among them are the blockchain and crypto-assets. They are part of the &#8220;asset tokenisation&#8221; phenomenon, i.e. representing physical assets on the blockchain, which is a new form of dematerialization.<\/p>\n<p>However, the products and services in this environment have been designed without reference to existing legal frameworks and it might even be said in opposition to these frameworks. Ultimately, they require a legal framework to enable operators to operate in a secure environment.
