Chin Hiang Wu<\/a> as Of Counsel, with effect from 1 February 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\nChin Hiang has been a member of the Singapore Bar since 2014, and is an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. He joined our Singapore office in 2019 as Associate to reinforce our Corporate and M&A practice. Since then, he has showcased his leadership skills by successfully handling numerous complex files, resulting in favorable outcomes for our clients.<\/p>\n
Chin Hiang advises clients on a diverse range of transactions, including cross-border M&A, corporate finance, joint ventures, and other corporate and commercial matters. His particular focus lies in the technology sector in Southeast Asia. His experience extends to representing emerging growth companies and investors in start-ups and venture capital matters at various stages of the start-up life cycle. This includes transactions spanning convertible loans at the seed stage to subsequent equity and debt financing rounds at the growth stage.<\/p>\n
Chin Hiang graduated with an LL.B. (cum laude) from the Singapore Management University in 2013.<\/p>\n
