LPA Singapore advised ELIS on the acquisition of Wonway Manufacturing<\/h2>\n

LPA Singapore advised ELIS on its recent acquisition of Wonway Manufacturing, a Malaysian company specializing in the rental of cleanroom garments.<\/p>\n

Elis, a listed company (Euronext Paris),\u00a0 is a leader in circular services at work, specializing in hygiene, well-being and protection in a sustainable way. The group employs 54,000 people across 29 countries.<\/p>\n

Founded in 1984, Wonway provides reusable garments services in cleanrooms, primarily serving international groups in the semiconductor, medical device, and chemicals industries. The group employs around 200 employees and serves the entire Malaysian territory through three specialized laundries located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, and Malacca.<\/p>\n

With this strategic acquisition, Elis continues its growth strategy and expands its network into the Asian continent, with Malaysia becoming the 30th country in its portfolio.<\/p>\n

The team of LPA Singapore was led by Arnaud Bourrut-Lacouture<\/a> (Partner) and B\u00e9reng\u00e8re Roig<\/a> (Partner), with the support of Chin Hiang Wu<\/a> and Li Ke Cheng<\/a> for corporate aspects.
