KGaA (ISIN: DE000A2NB650) on the sale of Repartim Group to an institutional investor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Repartim, headquartered in Tours, France, is a distinguished home repair specialist known for its rapid response technical assistance services. Serving both corporate and private clients, Repartim operates through a network of 19 agencies and employs approximately 350 individuals across France. In 2023, Repartim generated revenues of approximately EUR 33 million.<\/p>\n<p>Since acquiring Repartim from Belron in 2021, Mutares has executed a comprehensive operational improvement program, significantly enhancing service quality.
