Announced at the beginning of the year, the merger of the law firms Lef\u00e8vre Pelletier & associ\u00e9s (LPA) and CGR Legal (CGR) is now effective and makes of LPA-CGR avocats one of the top 10 French multidisciplinary firms, leader in Paris.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

With more than 180 lawyers in Paris and in foreign offices of the firm, LPA CGR avocats presents all the assets of success. The firm relies on its lifeblood: the average age of the 40 partners is 42 years. LPA-CGR avocats has achieved parity with 50% of women partners and today represents a firm in which all men and women can develop their skills and project themselves into an ambitious future.<\/p>\n

LPA-CGR avocats have gathered around known and legible synergies: historical practices leading in real estate, energy, environment and a pluridisciplinary offer (corporate, IP\/IT, employment law, tax law, litigation, insurance, banking and finance law…) redesigned as close as possible to the customers\u2019 needs. The firm has adopted a streamlined organization based on 10 economic sectors (energy, real estate, insurance, TMT…) to which LPA-CGR avocats teams offer a global strategic approach based on an understanding of businesses, issues and the technical excellence in the different branches of law.<\/p>\n

The management structures of the new firm have been adapted: it is now organized around an Executive Committee and a Management Board chaired by Martine Blanck-Dap. The Parisian teams are gathered at 136 avenue des Champs Elys\u00e9es.\u00a0The firm is also distinguished by its international development strategy which allows it to be one of the only French firms to have 10 foreign offices (including 4 opened in 2016) in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East and to serve its clients in these areas.\u00a0LPA-CGR avocats teams are gathered around common values: entrepreneurial vision, desire to conquer new markets and attachment to the fundamental principles of the profession; they adopt a resolutely modern approach of their profession: the \u201cSmart Law\u201d concept.\u201cSmart Law\u201d is a new way of practicing as a lawyer: collaborative, visionary and agile.<\/p>\n

These values, this promise, are expressed through new communication tools. The identity of the brand LPA-CGR avocats has been revamped, as well as the website, with substantive goals: embody the ability of the structure to reinvent itself and reflect the reality of today’s customer relationship.<\/p>\n
