Signing took place on 30 September, and closing followed on 6 October 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction strengthens setec eocen\u2019s position in tool-supported project management and expands its service offering in the German market. The integration of Tiba into the setec group will enhance support for international clients such as Airbus, Alstom and Sanofi. Both companies will combine their expertise in related areas including data management, business intelligence, transformation, artificial intelligence and training, to foster continuous and sustainable innovation.<\/p>\n<p>LPA advised on the transaction under the lead of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lpalaw.com\/en\/team\/denis-bacina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Denis Bacina<\/a> (Corporate\/M&amp;A) and Dr. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lpalaw.com\/en\/team\/dr-steffen-paulmann\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Steffen Paulmann<\/a> (Head of French Desk), supported by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lpalaw.com\/en\/team\/ina-von-raven-ll-m-cornell\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ina von Raven<\/a> and M\u00e9lanie Clerc\u2013Dugas du Villard (both Corporate\/M&amp;A), as well as Jessica Hild (Employment Law).
