LPA-CGR avocats assists Primonial REIM on the acquisition of \u201cIN&OUT\u201d from SFL<\/h2>\n

LPA-CGR avocats advised French real estate fund manager Primonial REIM on the acquisition of the \u00ab\u00a0IN&OUT\u00a0\u00bb office building, in the western Paris suburb, from SFL, French subsidiary of Spanish COLONIAL (COL.MC), for a net sale price of \u20ac445\u00a0million (including transfer costs).<\/p>\n

In&Out currently hosts the head office of the Organization for the Cooperation and the Economic development (OECD), under a lease expiring in 2027. Located in Boulogne-Billancourt (Paris), the building develops a surface of\u00a035,000 sqm, equipped with the most advanced services and the maximum environmental sustainability certifications.<\/p>\n

LPA-CGR avocats assisted Primonial REIM, with a team led by Fran\u00e7ois-R\u00e9gis Fabre-Falret<\/a> (Partner), and composed by Alexae Fournier-de Fa\u00ff<\/a>, Chlo\u00e9 Thi\u00e9blemont<\/a> (Real Estate Finance) and Sandra Fernandes<\/a> (Tax). Primonial REIM was also assisted by the notarial office Wargny Katz.<\/p>\n

SFL was advised by JLL and the notarial office Oudot.<\/p>\n
