Construction started in September and the building should be delivered in July 2018. The operation is partially financed by BNP Paribas.<\/p>\n<p>Barings Real Estate, who have been developing investments in France since 2016, has chosen the Haies Blanches industrial park which fulfils all the key criteria: location, accessibility, design, energy performance, taxation and even the employment market.
