The asset is fully leased and enjoys excellent benefits in Europe&#8217;s premier business district.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The law firm <strong>LPA-CGR avocats<\/strong> advised Primonial REIM throughout the partnership negotiation, with a team led by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lpalaw.com\/equipe\/philippe-raybaud-2\/\">Philippe Raybaud<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lpalaw.com\/equipe\/francois-regis-fabre-falret\/\">Fran\u00e7ois-R\u00e9gis Fabre-Falret<\/a>, both partners and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lpalaw.com\/equipe\/amandine-joulie\/\">Amandine Jouli\u00e9<\/a>, associate.<\/li>\n<li>Amundi, leader of the operation, was advised by White &amp; Case with Franck Peter, partner, assisted by Elisabeth Sandret-Renard, Florian Martin, Louise Duvernois, Henri Bousseau and Anne Sauvebois-Brunet (associates).
