LPA-CGR (Hong Kong) advised Asiapack\u2019s shareholder on the sale of 80% of the total shares of the company to Mentor Media Ltd, a Singaporean subsidiary of the Swedish listed group Elanders.<\/h2>\n

Through its head office in Hong Kong and its wholly owned subsidiary based in Shenzhen (China), Asiapack is engaged in the designing, printing and manufacturing of packaging solutions for its customers. The company, which employs 220 employees, is specialised in added-value services such as product configuration and consolidation.<\/p>\n

This acquisition will complement Elanders\u2019 existing operations in Asia through its Singapore-based firm Mentor Media.<\/p>\n

Elanders Group is a listed Swedish company specialized in supply chain management, printing and packaging. The group operates in 20 countries worldwide and generated over USD 750m of revenue in 2016.<\/p>\n

LPA-CGR Hong Kong, in association with Toullec Solicitors, advised the shareholder of Asiapack. The team was led by Nicolas Vanderchmitt<\/a> (partner), assisted by Erik Leyssens<\/a> (Of Counsel) and Victoire de Castelnau<\/a>.<\/p>\n
