LPA-CGR avocats and the German law firm GGV announce their partnering to create LPA-GGV.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

LPA-CGR avocats has been present in Germany through its Munich office for more than 5 years, with a particular focus on real estate and renewable energies.<\/p>\n

From the time it was founded in 1974, GGV has brought together multicultural and multidisciplinary teams, lawyers, tax advisors, auditors and notaries, in Hamburg and in Frankfurt. In addition, teams have nearly 20 years of experience in Franco -German consultancy.<\/p>\n

As a result of this alliance, the newly founded LPA-GGV entity in Germany today brings together 65 professionals in direct contact with LPA-CGR\u2019s German Desk, based in Paris, which consists of 10 Franco-German lawyers.<\/p>\n

The German Desk of LPA-CGR avocats, composed of the teams led by Silke Nadolni, real estate partner, and Jacques-Henry de Bourmont, transactional tax partner, has been strengthened as part of this partnership by the arrival of Sandra Hundsd\u00f6rfer, partner in labor and commercial law, and Stephan Lesage-Mathieu, counsel in commercial law and litigation.<\/p>\n

This alliance creates a team that today represents one of the largest Franco-German platforms in the market.<\/p>\n

LPA-GGV’s professionals are involved in key business law areas, such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, labor law, taxation, contracts, real estate and renewable energy.<\/p>\n

The partnering will help support a clientele of Mittelstand companies, which are highly representative of the German economic fabric, consisting of intermediate-sized enterprises (ETI<\/em>) with a well-established local presence that are internationally active, as well as to advise major French and German players on their cross-border M&A transactions between France and Germany. These clients, like LPA-CGR’s French company clients, find in this alliance a service platform uniquely able to advise them in their development in Germany, France, Europe and the world.<\/p>\n
