{"id":9833,"date":"2019-01-29T16:31:52","date_gmt":"2019-01-29T15:31:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lpalaw.com\/lpa-cgr-avocats-renouvelle-organes-de-gouvernance\/"},"modified":"2019-01-29T16:43:50","modified_gmt":"2019-01-29T15:43:50","slug":"lpa-cgr-avocats-welcomes-on-board-new-members-to-its-governing-bodies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lpalaw.com\/en\/lpa-cgr-avocats-welcomes-on-board-new-members-to-its-governing-bodies\/","title":{"rendered":"LPA-CGR avocats welcomes on board new Members to its governing bodies"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>The general meeting of the partners of LPA-CGR avocats, made up of 40 partners, appointed new members to its governing bodies \u2013 the Management Board and Executive Committee \u2013 and elected Sidonie Fraiche-Dupeyrat Chair of the Management Board.<\/h2>\n<p>Since January 1, 2019, the new Management Board has been composed of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lpalaw.com\/en\/team\/sidonie-fraiche-dupeyrat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sidonie Fra\u00eeche-Dupeyrat<\/a> (Real Estate), Chair, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lpalaw.com\/en\/team\/martine-blanck-dap\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Martine Blanck-Dap<\/a> (Private Wealth Management) and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lpalaw.com\/en\/team\/bertrand-galvez\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bertrand Galvez<\/a> (Tax), Members.<\/p>\n<p>The Executive Committee is made up of the three members of the Management Board and five additional partners: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lpalaw.com\/en\/team\/xavier-cledat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Xavier Cl\u00e9dat<\/a> (Dispute Resolution),<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lpalaw.com\/en\/team\/francois-regis-fabre-falret\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Fran\u00e7ois-R\u00e9gis Fabre-Falret <\/a>(Real Estate), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lpalaw.com\/en\/team\/silke-nadolni\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Silke Nadolni<\/a> (Real Estate), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lpalaw.com\/en\/team\/philippe-raybaud-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Philippe Raybaud<\/a> (Corporate\/Energy) and<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lpalaw.com\/en\/team\/chloe-thieblemont\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Chlo\u00e9 Thi\u00e9blemont <\/a>(Finance).<\/p>\n<p>Sidonie Fra\u00eeche-Dupeyrat, 41, has been a partner in the Real Estate department since 2014. She has spent her entire career at LPA-CGR avocats (formerly Lef\u00e8vre Pelletier et associ\u00e9s), which she joined in 2000. She holds a postgraduate DEA degree in private law and a Master\u2019s in real estate management from ESSEC.<\/p>\n<p>Among its priorities, the firm places innovation at the heart of its strategy and is resolutely committed to the digital transformation of the profession and lawyer services in order to bring new added value, transform the client relationship, upgrade the working methods of its teams and put the firm on an innovative and agile trajectory. In this respect, the firm recently welcomed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lpalaw.com\/en\/lpa-cgr-avocats-joanna-pomian-chief-digital-officer-position\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Joanna Pomian<\/a> as Chief Digital Officer.<\/p>\n<p>Aware that its teams are the main added value of a firm at the service of its clients, the new management will also to continue to reflect on career development, talent selection and employee support towards more flexible working methods adapted to the changing needs of clients.<\/p>\n<p>Sidonie Fra\u00eeche-Dupeyrat comments: \u201c<em>I am very pleased to embody the generational transition that our firm is undergoing.
