    Catherine Husson is a counsel working in the M&A transactions and corporate law department

    Catherine Husson has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1992. She has been involved in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and corporate law for over thirty years.

    She advises French and international clients, including large groups as well as SMEs.

    Before becoming a lawyer, she worked for 3 years as a legal and tax advisor.

    Catherine holds an LLM in International Business Legal Studies – University of Exeter, UK and a DESS in Foreign Trade Law – University of Paris I.
