In line with the firm’s mission to „Creating together a new equilibrium„, we are committed to finding sustainable solutions that are both satisfying to all and respectful of everyone. It is precisely this quest that guides our CSR approach.

As a firm committed to CSR, we are aware of the twofold dimension of our role: on the one hand, in the support we provide to our clients and the advice we give them, and on the other hand, in the way we manage the firm, with the aim of improving our performance and our sustainability.

Our ambition is to give even more meaning to our actions by engaging in numerous activities that have a positive impact on society and the environment.

Thanks to a concrete action plan based on the firm’s values of „commitment, openness and collectiveness“, our CSR approach is based on four pillars:

As a socially responsible and committed employer, the firm is involved with its teams by promoting skills development, improving safety and well-being at work, encouraging equality, and ensuring a balance between private and professional life. Parity has been respected for many years and is part of our DNA.

Our firm contributes to the reduction of environmental impacts, an essential aspect of sustainable development. Thus, we have carried out internal actions known as Smart Green, including the reduction of printing, plastic and the volume of waste produced. We have also carried out a carbon footprint assessment.

The members of our company are involved in solidarity actions by putting their skills and time at the service of certain causes (in particular in favour of ecology and access to training for disadvantaged people), by granting financial support to selected initiatives, and by acting concretely alongside associations.

Our firm has established an organisation based on collective decision-making through its various management bodies. In order to integrate all lawyers and employees into the operation of the firm, various committees have been set up.
