Francine Huynh is counsel in the Corporate/M&A Department
Francine has been admitted to the Paris Bar since 2018.
She advises French and international groups on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, corporate governance and general corporate law matters, with a particular focus on the industrial and services sectors. She also advises clients on private equity transactions and negotiations with investors and commercial partners.
With extensive experience advising on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, Francine has developed a strong understanding of the legal, operational and strategic issues involved in investment, growth and business transformation projects. She works closely with clients to structure and implement their transactions and support their strategic decision-making.
Francine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law, a Master 1 in Business Law from Paris-Sud University, a Master 2 in Business Law from the University of Rennes 1, and a University Diploma (Diplôme d’Université) in English and Chinese Languages and Civilisations. She also completed the first year of an LL.M. in International Business Law at Wuhan University in China as part of a partnership programme with Paris-Sud University.
