In addition to complementing the firm’s banking and finance offering, we have identified numerous synergies with the other teams. Our expertise is very complementary as my areas of expertise frequently interact with regulated activities in which LPA-CGR is at the forefront, such as real estate, corporate, insurance, asset management and data”.

Sidonie Fraîche-Dupeyrat, Partner and President of the firm, adds, „The regulatory environment has become more complex since Brexit and the emergence of new players such as fintechs is densifying the offer of new banking and financial products, which values the profile of versatile lawyers in banking and financial regulation with strong transactional skills. Vincent’s profile is highly sought after by banks, large companies, and asset managers. Furthermore, his personality and dynamism convinced us!  We are looking forward to his arrival!„.
