LPA Singapore advised Safic-Alcan, a global distributor of specialty chemicals, on the acquisition of Ingredients Plus, a well-recognized distributor active in the personal care sector in Malaysia and Singapore.

With this transaction, Safic-Alcan expands its footprint in Asia Pacific, broadening its portfolio across personal and home care notably, while continuing to serve multiple industries including cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, rubber, and thermoplastics.
