Antoine Pretot is an associate specialized in public law and regulatory law

Antoine advises public and private entities, as well as financial institutions, on all aspects of public economic law. He benefits from a very good knowledge of the public sphere and a practical understanding of the issues and constraints of public affairs.
A lawyer since 2021, Antoine has extensive expertise in public contracts and in structuring public projects, particularly those involving transport infrastructure. He has extensive knowledge of the regulations applicable to regulated sectors, and of market practices.
Antoine also works specifically in the healthcare sector, where he advises companies on all issues of healthcare law (market access, clinical trials, reimbursement, etc.).
He also advises public authorities, companies and international organizations on various public law issues abroad or in the context of comparative study.

Before joining LPA Law, Antoine notably worked at an Anglo-Saxon law firm and at the French Embassy in Hungary.
Antoine holds a Master II in European Human Rights Law from the University of Strasbourg and a Master 1 in Public Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
