Charlotte Annick Epoupa is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Law department

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021, Charlotte Annick advises international and African corporate groups as well as institutional investors on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and group reorganizations across Africa and Europe.
With a dual legal background in civil law and common law, Charlotte annick regularly handles high-value transactions involving equity transactions, external growth, group reorganizations and corporate governance matters.
Charlotte Annick possesses a deep understanding of the legal, economic, and cultural specificities of both Francophone and Anglophone African jurisdictions,

Prior to joining LPA Law, Charlotte refined her expertise at prominent French and international law firms, building a robust multi-jurisdictional corporate and M&A practice. Her sector experience includes infrastructure, financial services, mining, and oil and gas.

Charlotte holds a Master’s degree in Business Law (DJCE) from the University of Poitiers, complemented by a specialized certificate in Corporate Law; a Master’s degree in Business Litigation with a focus on OHADA law from the Catholic University of Central Africa; and a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) in Common Law.
