Lionel Vincent

Lionel Vincent, Partner and Managing Partner of the Tokyo office,  works in mergers and acquisitions and commercial contracts.

Lionel is a lawyer with the Bar of Paris and Tokyo and has more than fifteen years of experience in international business law. Lionel joined the firm as a partner in 2015 after four years of association in the Tokyo office of an international firm, twelve years in an English firm, including three years in Abu Dhabi before joining Japan.

Based in Tokyo, he works on acquisitions, investments and partnerships, both in Europe and in Asia, for French and foreign clients (industrial companies and funds). He also advises foreign and Japanese companies on contractual matters, distribution contracts, technology licenses and strategic business partnerships.

Lionel is a graduate of the Panthéon Assas Law University and has a Japanese language degree from the National Institute of Oriental Language and Civilization.
